WILLIAM D. SHIMINSKE Senior VP Development
Mr. Shiminske is a multi-disciplinary energy industry professional with over 16 years of experience in the fields of business development, project management & construction, Financial analysis, engineering and operations. He has worked for engineering firms, regulated utilities, independent power producers and non-regulated subsidiaries of utility holding companies.
Mr. Shiminske's major project experience includes the development, construction and operation of district heating and cooling systems, combined-cycle combustion turbine generating facilities, stand-alone building HVAC systems and distributed generation systems. He has also provided valuations for numerous project acquisitions, restructing and divestments.
Mr. Shiminske holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Drexel University.
WILLIAM K. WASNAK Senior VP Development
Mr. Wasnak has extensive experience in the energy industry working in project acquisition, development, construction, management, project finance, regulation, asset management, operations and business development fields over his 25 year career.
Mr. Wasnak has managed business efforts in 26 states. He has hands-on experience with coal, geo-thermal, hydro, landfill gas, oil, pumped-storage and waste-fired technology. In addition to his vast technical knowledge, he has developed and closed over $1.5 billion in asset acquisitions, corporate mergers and development projects.
Mr.Wasnak holds a B.A. from Rutgers University.
FREDERICK J. ECKERT P.E. Senior VP Development
Mr. Eckert has over 19 years of experience in the start-up and operational management of energy related projects. His management role extends from start-up through operations and maintenance. His duties include managing, hiring, training, and managing O & M personnel, as well as reviewing, and approving of annual operating budgets, safety programs, environmental compliance programs, and maintenance management programs.
Mr. Eckert is a graduate of Drexel University.
PATRICIA A. EHRHART Senior VP Development
Ms. Ehrhart has over 22 years experience in the energy industry. She is responsible for directing all development activities, sales and marketing, sales plans, promotional material, advertising and customer relationship development. Ms. Ehrhart manages the sales and marketing staff and the preparation of all business opportunity proposals, opportunity identification, contract negotiation and deal closure. Her responsibilities include strategic partnership identification, relationship development, partner interface, business planning, budgeting, strategic planning, and corporate reporting. Initiated negotiations and closed opportunities in the District Heating area, Casino/Hotel Industry, Health Care, Education and Government sectors.
