FRANK E. DICOLA P.E. President/CEO

Mr. DiCola is responsible for directing all company activities including strategic planning, project development, project management, engineering, contractor, financing, legal and any regulatory issues. Mr. DiCola has held positions as Principal Engineer, Lead Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Manager for fossil, nuclear, and industrial work.

Mr. DiCola is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with over 30 years experience in the energy management field.


MICHAEL J. RENNA Executive VP, CFO

Mr. Renna has over 12 years of experience in the energy industry. He is also Vice President of South Jersey Industries and the Chief Operating Officer of SJI's non-regulated holding company South Jersey Energy Solutions. Since 1998, Mr. Renna has held various management positions with the SJI's non-regulated business affiliates.

Mr. Renna brings with him extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors. In 2005 he became a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Renna holds a B.S. from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.


PAUL J. RYAN P.E. Executive VP Engineering & Projects

Mr. Ryan has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. He oversees construction activity through project close-out and manages the project teams on heavy civil/mechanical projects. His diverse project management responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, requisitions, purchasing, negotiation of pricing with suppliers and review of quotes.

Mr. Ryan has extensive experience in mechanical engineering and was instrumental in helping develop the nuclear, power and mechanical distribution piping systems division of Joseph Jingoli & Son, Inc. from both construction and design/build perspectives.

Mr. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. He is also an active member of the New Jersey Association of Engineers and the International District Energy Association.


STEPHEN PONIATOWICZ P.E. Executive VP

Mr. Poniatowicz has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and project development for South Jersey Industries' Marina Energy business unit. Marina Energy develops turnkey energy-related projects along the Northeast corridor. Marina's largest project to date is the Marina Thermal Facility providing cooling, heating, hot water and electricity for the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spas in Atlantic City.

Mr. Poniatowicz, holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Villanova University.


JOSEPH R. JINGOLI, JR. Executive VP Business Development

Joseph R. Jingoli, Jr. serves as Executive Vice President, in charge of Business Development, for Energenic.

Joe has over three decades of expertise in project and energy management. He has a reputation throughout the energy industry for his unique ability to think outside of the box and his use of innovative strategies to bring successful energy projects to fruition.

A 1981 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Joe has been recognized not only for his business accomplishments, but for his commitment to countless causes. Joe has introduced innovative mentoring programs, minority participation programs, and educational programs that have been implemented with great success in numerous projects.
